Creamy Tomato Spinach Pasta
Ingredients

8 oz pasta

1 cup tomato or marinara sauce

¼ cup heavy cream
-
2 cups fresh spinach
-
¼ cup grated parmesan
-
Salt and pepper

Optional cooked chicken
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the package and drain. Warm the tomato sauce in a pan, stir in the cream, then add the spinach until it wilts. Mix in the pasta and parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Add chicken if you want extra protein.

Honey Garlic Chicken Bowls
Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups cooked rice
-
Broccoli, cucumber or avocado for serving
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until fully cooked. Add the garlic, honey and soy sauce and stir until the chicken is coated and the sauce thickens slightly. Serve over rice with your favorite veggies.


Strawberry Shortcake
Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Cups
Ingredients

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons softened cream cheese

1 cup chopped strawberries

2 graham crackers, crushed

1 teaspoon honey, optional
Directions
Mix the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Layer the mixture in a cup with strawberries and crushed graham crackers. Drizzle with honey if you want it sweeter, then chill for about 10–15 minutes before eating.

Chocolate Banana Bites
Ingredients

2 bananas

½ cup chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil, optional

Optional toppings: shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, sprinkles or sea salt
Directions
Slice the bananas into bite-sized rounds and place them on a lined plate or tray. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil if using, then dip each banana slice halfway into the chocolate or drizzle it over the top. Add any toppings you like, then freeze for about 1 hour until the chocolate is firm. Keep them stored in the freezer for an easy sweet treat.
