Eating Healthy
Okay, Corner Babes, can we talk about how difficult eating healthy can actually be? We all want to feel our best, have more energy, and take care of our bodies, but sometimes it's easier said than done! Between busy schedules, cravings, eating out with friends, and simply not knowing what to make, maintaining healthy eating habits can feel like a full-time job. And let's be real, sometimes a salad just doesn't sound nearly as good as a big bowl of pasta or your favorite takeout!
One thing we think is so important to remember is that eating healthy doesn't mean you have to be perfect. You don't need to cut out every food you love, skip dessert, or feel guilty because you decided to treat yourself. It's all about finding a balance that works for YOU. Some days you might feel like making a nutritious homemade meal, and other days you might just want pizza with your friends. Both are completely okay! Food is meant to nourish our bodies, but it's also something we're supposed to enjoy.
We also know how easy it can be to compare our eating habits to what we see on social media. One minute you're scrolling through someone's perfectly organized meal prep, and the next you're questioning everything you've eaten that day. But remember, social media only shows a small part of someone's life, and everyone's body and routine are different. Building healthier habits takes time, patience, and consistency, not perfection. So, Corner Babes, don't be too hard on yourselves! Start small, listen to your body, eat foods that make you feel good, and remember that enjoying your favorite sweet treat doesn't erase all the good things you're doing for yourself. A healthy lifestyle should make your life better, not make you afraid to enjoy it!
I'm Literally Going Crazy!
Hi, Corner Babes! I wanted to get a little personal because truthfully, I've been feeling SO unmotivated to blog lately. When I first started Kelly's Corner, it was just a little summer hobby that I never thought would turn into what it is today. But balancing work, my personal life, and blogging has been so much harder than I expected. I know some of you are probably thinking, "Just post less!" LOL, and trust me, I've thought about it. But when you've worked so hard to build something, it's difficult to slow down without feeling like you're falling behind.
I've honestly been fighting the urge to take a break because I don't want to lose the momentum I've worked so hard to build. One thing that's kept me motivated is my amazing interns at Kelly's Corner. Having people who share such a similar creative mindset and genuinely love bringing new ideas to life has been such a blessing. They remind me why I started this in the first place, and I'm so grateful for them and the support system I have around me.
To every Corner Babe who still reads my blogs, checks our Instagram, or supports us in any way, THANK YOU. I know our socials haven't been as active lately, and sometimes I wonder if anyone is even still reading, LOL. But I'm learning that it's okay to feel overwhelmed by something you genuinely love. I'm still figuring out how to balance everything without losing the passion that started it all. Kelly's Corner means so much to me, and so do all of you. Thank you for being patient with me and supporting this little corner of the internet. I love you all so much!

Okay, Corner Babes, we have a VERY important question for you. How’s your love life going?! Because one thing about us is that we LOVE hearing all the tea, drama, and juicy relationship stories!
