The best way to reset your confidence is by focusing on both your mindset and how you take care of yourself because when you look good, you feel good. The biggest game changer for me is HAIR—I seriously can't stress it enough. Even if you don't wear a lot of makeup, a little concealer, your brows, lips, and maybe a skin tint can make you feel so put together. Eating well isn't always easy, but try to find a balance, and most importantly, stay active. Whether it's the gym, Pilates, or even just a walk, moving your body, building discipline, and simply sweating will make you feel so much better mentally and physically. Find your personal style and stock up on basics if you're still figuring it out. My little rule is that only two out of these three need to be done each day: your hair, your makeup, or your outfit. Trust me, those little things can make a huge difference in how confident you feel.
